ISLAND HOPPING ADVENTURE

An exploratory journey to some of the fascinating islands of Langkawi

We visited the following Islands taking approximately 4 hours. Along the way we saw Dolphins and Eagles.. Pulau Dayang Bunting Island the second largest island, known as the island of intriguing legends, has a freshwater lake (Lake of the Pregnant Maiden; legend claims that the lake bestows fertility). Try the "AMAZING" Cat Fish Foot Massage, swim in the lake, play with the monkeys or relax and take in the beauty of this tranquil Island. Pulau Singa Besar Island, is an animal sanctuary and very peaceful. We were greeted by Horses, Mousedeer, Macaques, Goats, Iguanas and Peacocks, to name a few. All very tame and happy to see us. Certainly back to nature here. Pulau Beras Basah Island is a fun place for playing with the Monkeys and swimming. Try your hand at paragliding, and enjoy the beauty. Places Of Interest, Not visited

PAYAR ISLAND MARINE PARK - Moor at the reef platform. Visit the underwater observatory, take a ride the glass-bottom boat or go snorkelling for a close-up view of the coral and colourful marine life.

LANGKAWI CRYSTAL - exquisite range of glass ware products, a wide choice of crafted crystal items. Watch out for the extraordinary glass blowing skills of craftsmen

TAMAN LAGENDA - "Legend On The Park" described as more than just a scenic park, with beautiful gardens of plants, and fruit trees. 50-acre park with 17 storytelling monuments, 4 artificial lakes and a man-made beach. There are also some fine examples of traditional Malaysian handicraft and cultural objects.

LAMAN PADI LANGKAWI - Showcases the history, heritage and development of the nation's rice growing industry. Enjoy a bird's eye view of the Fields from the roof-top garden.
